From Charlotte area

Take I-77 North to Statesville

Take I-40 East to Winston-Salem
Stay on I-40 BUSINESS (green sign, not blue interstate sign) to Silas Creek Parkway Exit.
Take the Silas Creek Parkway South (“to FMC”) exit.
Once you’ve merged to the left onto Silas Creek Parkway South, DO NOT TURN LEFT AT THE TRAFFIC LIGHT (has 2 left turn lanes). Go just past this intersection, THEN get into the left lane, and turn LEFT at the next traffic light. The Mall will be on your right and the hospital on your left.
Turn left onto the hospital property, following the hospital road as it winds to the left in front of the hospital
Turn RIGHT into the Whitaker Rehabilitation Center parking lot. There is a code required to enter the gate (call for an update).
Come into the Whitaker building through the automatic double door in front
Walk straight to the elevator and come to Floor 1.
Turn right off the elevator. The AAACT office is on the right towards the end of the hall. The office phone is 336-718-1612.

From Greensboro, Burlington, Raleigh areas

Take I-40 West through Burlington/Greensboro towards Winston-Salem
Take the I-40 Bypass into Winston-Salem. The Bypass peels off to the LEFT shortly after the Sandy Ridge Rd. Exit on I-40 West
Take the Hanes Mall Exit.
At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn RIGHT onto Hanes Mall Blvd. Move into the middle lane
At the intersection with Silas Creek Parkway you will see the entrance to Forsyth Medical Center. Go STRAIGHT across the intersection, following the hospital as it winds to the left in front of the hospital
