Directions to NCATP Silas Creek Center
 

From I40 East

Take I40 Business when it splits off I40 Exit on Silas Creek Parkway South Forsyth Medical Center will be on the left about 1/2 mile from that exit Turn left into the hospital drive at the stoplight at Hanes Mall Blvd.

Continue on this drive toward the main hospital. After you pass the emergency room on your right, the next building on your right is Whitaker Rehabilitation Center. You will need a gate code to park in the Whitaker Parking lot.
